Article 4 – Purpose of the site

EQUIPIX is an equestrian media agency. The site presents:

  • photo and video coverage of equestrian events;
  • news and articles about the equestrian world;
  • the equestrian laundry service (washing of horse rugs, saddle pads and equipment);
  • a pro area reserved for EQUIPIX partners (shops, riding centres…), where they record their drop-off slips.

The site is free to browse, with no account required. The laundry service is subject to the terms of sale.

Article 5 – Intellectual property

EQUIPIX is a registered trademark owned by Olivier DEFOORT. Any use of this trademark without permission is prohibited.

Texts, photographs, videos, logos and layout are protected by copyright and belong to the publisher or, for third-party content, to their owners. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited, except short quotations with a link to the original page. To buy or use a photo, contact us.

Article 6 – Image rights

Photos and videos of equestrian events may show riders, owners or spectators. Anyone who wishes an image of themselves to be removed from the site can ask at ; the request is handled as quickly as possible.

Article 7 – Personal data protection

The publisher processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and the Luxembourg law of 1 August 2018. Depending on the case, it acts as data controller or on behalf of its pro-area partners.
